Ryan Richardson

Business Formation, Intellectual Property, and Estate Planning

Ryan currently focuses his practice in the areas of business formation, intellectual property, and estate planning.

In his business practice, Ryan handles entity formation and drafting complex contracts in a variety of business settings. In his estate planning practice, Ryan helps drafts estate plans which are tailored to his client's objectives, and reviews existing estate plans to ensure they are up-to- date with applicable state laws. He represents singles and couples in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate tax planning, and business succession planning.  

Ryan is a native of Temecula, California. After obtaining a dual Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003, Ryan graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2012, where he served as a member of the Lewis & Clark Law Review. Upon graduation, Ryan was awarded Lewis & Clark's certificate in intellectual property law. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys playing chess and music.
