Gail has worked in the legal field in the Pacific Northwest and abroad since 1985. Gail’s public service includes acting as Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Legislative Counsel to the CNMI House of Representatives, a partner in the law firm Halsell & Vore LLP, and now as an associate attorney with the law firm Kivel & Howard LLP.

Gail’s areas of practice include family law, elder law, estate planning, juvenile law, consumer law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury practice, criminal defendant rights and procedure, and business transactions.

Gail is a violinist and sports enthusiast. Music and sports are, like law, opportunities to learn (and sometimes change) rules that govern our human behavior.
